It might be mud season but there is still plenty do in Vermont this spring!

1. Baby Farm Animal Celebration (April 25-26) – Billings Farm & Museum – Woodstock

Meet Billings Farm’s newest arrivals – calves, piglets, and goat kids – along with special guest baby animals visiting from local farms. Learn about the animals, hop on a wagon ride, stop by the interactive play stations for fun sensory activities designed especially for kids, and more! Sample Billings Farm cheeses then grab a bite from one of the on-site food vendors.  

2. Visit Shelburne MuseumShelburne

Located near Burlington, the Shelburne Museum is one of the most unique museums you will ever visit.

3. Southern Vermont HomeBrew Festival (May 2)  – Bennington

The Southern Vermont HomeBrew Festival in Bennington includes over 125 different beverages to sample, a street festival vibe, food trucks, live music, vendors, and more.

4. Explore the Lupines (Early to Mid-June) 

Have a favorite or try them all! Massachusetts is filled with numerous delicious ice cream shops.

5. Brewery Tour

Wander the streets of downtown Essex while enjoying sea shanties from a bygone era.
