Mini Golf with Ghosts and Goblins (CT)
Article by Contributor Bernadette Dostaler
Join in the Halloween fun at the annual Haunted Miniature Golf event at Farmington Miniature Golf & Ice Cream Parlor. The mini golf course is transformed into a Halloween extravaganza each year, Thursday to Sunday, during the last two weekends of October. All ages enjoy 19 holes of ghosts, goblins, witches, Halloween music, fog machines, and more.
The course is lit up and each hole is decorated with a Halloween theme, including the Haunted Graveyard, Dracula’s Fountain and a Haunted Pirate’s Tavern. All is in good fun and suitable for children who often arrive in costume.
After your golf game enjoy a treat at the adjoining ice cream parlor. All proceeds from the golf and post round treats go to the Gifts of Love in Avon, Connecticut.
While the 2019 Haunted Miniature Golf event is over, put it on your 2020 calendar. If you would like to get in another game of mini golf before winter, Farmington Miniature Golf will be open on Election Day and Veteran’s Day from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Please Note – ice cream parlor is closed for the season)
